Your commissions business is driven by people. You need to know immediately who is doing what, where and for whom. Keeping track of the changes being made to schedules across your organisation - and making sure you know who made them - is critical to your bottom line. Fees Direct provides the facilities for easily tracking your users changes through the schedule history screen and later vetting any changes or underpriced values before schedules are delivered to your customers.

Approvers are notified as soon as a schedule is sent for approval and can then accept or reject any insufficient amounts before delivering. This allows for peace of mind knowing that your organisation is not missing out where it could have been making profits.

Controlling access

All Fees Direct users are issued with a unique username and secret password which they use to access the system. Once the user has signed in, Fees Direct monitors any changes made to active schedules to make sure that the accountable person is associated with those changes. This full audit trail can be accessed at any time to get a snapshot of who last made changes to a specific schedule and what those changes were.

This same access control prevents invalid users from accessing the system and secures your peace of mind.
