Software Support Analyst - ChicagoWe are currently looking for senior and junior Software Support Analysts to join our Chicago Client Services Team.
Software Support Analysts will be speaking to our customers and working through their questions and problems effectively and efficiently. The role involves analyzing, researching, managing and resolving queries received and liaising with users of our systems to remedy their business and operational problems.
Applicants should have work experience in a Futures & Options / Back Office Environment. Other related experience or education will be considered. Applicants should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and the ability to cope well under pressure, while juggling priorities.
